Rental Agreement

A minimum deposit of 50% must be made at time of booking to secure your Yard Yodel reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to the event. We take payments in the form of e-transfer or cash.

Cancellation/Refund

Life happens, we get it. Cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to the event rental will receive a full refund of amount paid. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a credit towards a new booking date.

If the rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date, or other equivalent arrangements can be negotiated.

We will always do our best to install the rental in any weather, but can’t provide signs in weather that would risk damage to our signage. If we must cancel the rental, a refund will be given in full. If the rental must be removed before the agreed-upon end of the event for unexpected inclement weather, a partial refund may be negotiated depending on timeframe, within acceptable reason. If our instructions aren't followed and the installation is impossible, a refund will not be given.

Installation

• Please ensure that we are permitted to install the display at the location chosen before booking.We will not install signs on public property without express permission granted and produced for us.

• Please mow your lawn in the days prior to your reservation and clean any pet waste.

• Please water your lawn the day prior to your reservation, if possible, to facilitate installation.

• Please make sure any sprinklers are turned off before the delivery.

• You are more than welcome to take pictures with the display, but please avoid touching the display.

• Please do not let kids or animals play with or around the signs. They are not meant to support any weight and this could cause injury and/or damage to the signs. We will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries caused by the display.

• The signs may not be moved in any circumstance without our consent. Please and thank you.

• Do not attach anything to the display, including balloons.

• Do not mow or trim the lawn once the display is installed, as this could cause damage to the signs. If product is damaged beyond repair due to improper use, the client may be liable for additional charges for sign replacement.

• Signs will be delivered, installed and removed by us.

• Delivery will take place the evening prior to the event or early morning on the day of the event, depending on availability.

• We will not be doing deliveries between 10:00PM and 6:00 AM. We’re moms and we’re tired.

• Removal will be made 24 hours after installation unless previously discussed. Be aware that we will be installing stakes in your lawn. We may drill small holes if the ground is too hard to install the stakes. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your lawn or property. Please specify if special arrangements must be made for sign delivery and display.
